Nina and I went to a stunning workshop on Saturday with Hari Har Ji, our Kundalini guru with some FAB yogis at Shaura’s amazing yoga pad.

So….

Honesty and truth is something I am working with at the moment within the Yamas of the 8 limb path, this workshop was inspiring and gave me a huge energetic shift in perception.

I just wanted to share some small snippets I picked up.

Are you honest and true to YOU?  Do you understand the relationship between honesty and truth?

“Honesty takes great courage”

Honesty is what you project.  Always question yourself all the time : Is this a good action, am I being honest?  If someone asks you to do something and you don’t feel you can then GRACEFULLY decline.  Let go of fear and being judged.
